In May 2025, a key delegation of Iraqi clients made a special visit to WEIZIDOM’s manufacturing base in China to conduct an in-depth factory inspection and discuss new project requirements.
This visit marked not only the quality acceptance of the first batch of water treatment equipment — valued at USD 300,000 and including butterfly valves, pressure reducing valves, foot valves, and check valves — but also a major milestone in deepening the strategic partnership between both sides.
In May 2025, WEIZIDOM, a well-known Chinese industrial valve manufacturer, welcomed an important delegation from Iraq to its production base in Zhejiang, China. The core purpose of the visit was to inspect the first USD 300,000 order of butterfly valves, pressure reducing valves, foot valves, and check valves for water treatment, and to further discuss technical requirements for the next project phase, reinforcing a long-term strategic partnership.
Iraq, a country with urgent water management needs in the Middle East, represents a key market where WEIZIDOM’s technical strengths and product quality have gained recognition under extreme conditions such as high temperature and salinity.
During the three-day visit, the Iraqi delegation conducted a comprehensive review of WEIZIDOM’s production lines and quality control processes, focusing on the following aspects:
The delegation performed on-site pressure tests and sealing inspections on the butterfly and check valves from the first shipment. WEIZIDOM’s check valves demonstrated reliable opening and closing even under low differential pressure, suitable for Iraq’s unstable water pressure systems. For the upcoming second-phase water treatment project, both sides discussed:
